Five years ago, yesterday, I was lucky enough to be one of the very first guests on Episode 1 of The Food Seen, a weekly radio show hosted by photographer and chef, Michael Harlan Turkell on the Heritage Radio Network. Michael asked me to come back to celebrate the occasion as a guest on this special anniversary. Yesterday, we sat and shared a bottle of Lillet and chatted about the state of food visuals and the growth of the industry we have both been waist deep in for the past decade. It was a fun and happy reunion with a young man I admire and consider a friend.
